Shona Cardle

Biography:
Shona Cardle started her fundraising career in 1985 as a schools fundraiser for Help the Aged then moved to NSPCC to gain valuable experience in community fundraising. A career break was needed after producing three children in quick succession, and she returned to community fundraising in 1995 for Barnardo’s Scotland. In 1997 she took up the role as Fundraising Manager for CHAS (Children’s Hospice Association Scotland). She was appointed Executive Director of Yorkhill Children’s Foundation in January 2004.
