Alan Clayton
Organisation: Cascaid
Biography:
Alan is Managing Director of Cascaid, the rapidly growing fundraising specialist within the Good Agency Group. As well as running the agency, Alan is a challenging and exciting thinker, writer and international speaker on fundraising trends, management and innovations.
Working as strategic “agitator”, Alan and his team are pioneering the integration of traditional direct response fundraising with new media channels and more complex product and brand mixes. As well as working with many of the top fundraising brands in the UK, Alan also continues to drive what he describes as the “more entrepreneurial” side of the sector – highly targeted and fast moving programmes for medium-sized or niche organisations.
Straight talking and a reputation for challenging thinking and presentation have seen Alan asked to join the advisory boards of both the IoF National Convention and the International Fundraising Congress. This year he is a volunteer fundraiser for Rethink.
