Biography:
After varied and extensive career in Organisational and People Development, Shona founded Peoplematters in 1996. Her passion is to create business success through harnessing the power and potential of people and she has an enviable track record of working with clients on a range of strategic learning and development initiatives. She has particular interests in emerging leadership theories, emotional Intelligence and Neuro-linguistic Programming.
As well as her role in Peoplematters, Shona is Chair of IOD Fife Branch and a Board Member of Cumbernauld Theatre.
