Biography:
Mark Ballard is the Head of Campaigns and Communications for the Scottish Council for voluntary Organisations. He is a former magazine editor, press officer and freelance communications consultant, and was MSP for Lothian Region for the Scottish Green Party between 2003 and 2007.
